All repairs are sent to our workshop in Borneo, Malaysia. You can send your repair directly to us if you are not located in Malaysia at:

Kindly fill in the form below and submit so we can look out for your repair. Please note that repairs take a maximum process of 3 weeks. Repairs will be couriered free of charge back to any address within Malaysia. Should you wish to collect it personally you can do so from our Publika store.
Please let us know what type of repair you would like done in the comment box so that we can assess the problem upon receiving your headband.
Kindly note that some repairs may not be feasible as all items are delicately made by hand.
Minor repairs may require payment and we will advise you on this.
Payment via an online portal will be sent to you once repair has been completed.
