Delivery

All our headbands are made to order. We add all orders to a schedule and work off a first come basis. We aim to complete orders within 10 business days of payment however when we are inundated with orders (and this happens a lot) it may take more time. We will always email you after your order to let you know where we are at with your order. As they say, good things come to those who wait. 
Please bear in mind that all headbands are handmade.

We use a private courier company who hand deliver our products to your door. It is important that you let us know your phone number when you check out as the courier company will call you when they make delivery.

International shipping rates are based on weight and is calculated at checkout. We only ship with FED EX for international orders. If you have shipping enquires feel free to email us at [email protected].

Please note that you will have to sign for your order. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, FED EX or a third party carrier will provide a notification card advising you of the process for redelivery. If three attempts (total) are made to deliver your order, it will be returned to Sereni & Shentel. Redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
